A really good site and not just for rogues. They have forums for all classes and go in to real depths regarding spreadsheets for damage analysis etc. I would check out on the rogue forum the pocket guide to WOTLK and also the 3.3 rogue FAQ

I do check on shadowpanther for what gear to go for but you do have to bear in mind expertise and hit ratings too. I also have a spreadsheet with stat ratings for Kaito and as well my shammie, druid and mage as it is handy on leveling up to see what quests to go for depending on their rewards.
